Administrating identity management systems, consisting of 5 dedicated LDAP Directory servers, an Apache Web server, a centralised user data processing server, a Digital certificate management server, as well as additional Directory servers dedicated to specific services.
Developing services to extend Identity management systems, includes of web interfaces for decentralised user administration, integration with various data sources, and work on projects.
Providing expertise in authentication and identity management to customers, front line support, IT projects and other departments.
Achievements:
Implementation of a hybrid directory service, enabling restricted Monash services to external customers.
Implementation of the Digital Certificate service, enabling email signing, secure server encryption and authentication.
Successful integration of “RightNow” knowledge base with Directory service on “ask.monash” project.
Client services customer service outstanding team award in 2004 for work on Internet billing and quota management system project.
Optimised data processing programs allowing quicker propagation of changes and ensuring better data integrity.
